The P530H201 liquid cooling battery pack is consisted of 52pcs MB30 cells configured by 1P52S, and is integrated with VCMU, fuse, MSD and other components inside.

Product Instructions

1. The battery pack can be used alone or multiple in series with a maximum of 8pcs connected in series. When connecting in series, pay attention to the correct connection of the positive and negative terminals, otherwise it may lead to damages or safety hazards

2. Battery packs used in series must be charged or discharged at the same time to keep the consistency of cells.

3. The battery pack must be operated within the specified charge conditions. Overcharge will lead the electrical performance, mechanical performance and safety performance of the battery pack to be decreased.

4. The battery pack must be operated within the specified discharge conditions. Over-discharge will lead the electrical performance,mechanical performance and safety performance of the battery pack to be decreased.

5. Correctly connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery. Reverse charging is strictly prohibited, otherwise the battery will be scrapped and may bring safety hazards.

6. The battery pack must be operated within the specified environment conditions, since too high or too low ambient temperature will affect the performance of the battery.

7. The battery pack shall be used or stored in clean,ventilated environmental conditions,and avoid contact with corrosive substances and keep away from fire and heat sources.

8. The battery pack shall not be used or stored in places with strong static electricity and strong magnetic fields to avoid potential safety hazards.

9. Before the battery pack is installed or wired,it is prohibited to remove the dust cover of positive and negative terminals,and the communication socket to avoid short circuit and interface dust.

10. The product shall not be disassembled or modified without the permission of our company,otherwise the warranty will be terminated,and our company will not be responsible for any damages or losses due to such safety accidents.

11. Do not mix the battery with metal objects to avoid short circuits and safety risks.

12. When the battery pack is in the state of shipment and packaging, the stacking height shall not exceed 3 layers, and shall not exceed 3 layers in the transportation state

13. The battery pack must be installed or stored upright in accordance with the design state, and it is strictly forbidden to put it on its side or upside down. The usage of p530H201 battery pack must strictly comply with the above requirements, otherwise the warranty will be terminated, and our company will not be responsible for any product performance damages or safety accidents.
