A customer from Spain recently purchased 120 Winston TSWB-LYP300AHA 3.2V 300Ah battery cells from us.
During the order communication stage, the customer explicitly asked us to provide the latest production date of the batteries. Since this was our first cooperation, it was understandable that the customer was concerned about the quality of the batteries. In fact, the batteries we have provided to our customers have always had the latest production dates. Especially for Winston batteries, each cell has a corresponding production date marked on the barcode.
To dispel the customer's concerns, we promised to provide pictures of each battery with its barcode as proof of the production date after the batteries were ready.
In order to adapt to the packaging requirements of various transportation methods, the packaging of Winston batteries has been changed from plywood boxes to multi-layer double-wall corrugated boxes. The new packaging still has forklift feet and is just as sturdy to ensure the safety of battery transportation.
According to the customer's requirements, the goods will be handled by his freight forwarder. We will send the goods to the dangerous goods warehouse in Shanghai within the agreed delivery time. The goods will be sent from Shanghai Port to Barcelona Port, with an estimated departure date of July 28.
