Recently, a valued customer from South Africa placed an order for 30 units of 48V 200A 12 kW chargers to support their new project. To meet the customer's specific requirements, we supplied them with 48V 200A 12 kW forklift battery chargers designed for three-phase four-wire 380 V AC input. The maximum output voltage of these chargers is set at 57.6 V.
Although we couldn't source the exact type of output plug that the customer had previously used, we took the initiative to provide an unterminated output harness. This allows the customer to easily install the plug of their choice according to their specific needs.
To ensure safe transportation, we have carefully packed the chargers in 30 sturdy plywood cases. The total weight of the shipment amounts to 1,368 kg, and the overall volume measures 6.565 m³. We have entrusted the chargers to our trusted shipping agent in Shenzhen, who will oversee their transportation to the port of Durban in South Africa.
By taking these necessary steps, we aim to provide our customer with a seamless experience, meeting their requirements and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of the chargers to their desired destination.
