17 Pcs Intelligent High-Frequency Industrial Forklift Chargers Shipped to Thailand

A regular customer from Thailand ordered 17 intelligent high-frequency industrial forklift battery chargers. This time he chose 48 V 100 A, 48 V 150 A, and 80 V 200 A forklift chargers for a new project.

This time we provided the customer with the latest three-phase four-wire 380 VAC chargers. According to the customer's requirements, we set the maximum output voltage of the 48 V charger to 58.4 VDC and the maximum output voltage of the 80 V charger to 91.25 VDC.

For this order, we added a CAN communication function to the chargers, so that they have blind charging and CAN communication charging modes, which can be flexibly applied to batteries with different communication methods. All output plugs are REMA plugs.

The chargers are packed and shipped in plywood boxes, with a total gross weight of 650.5 kg and a volume of 3.635 CBM. Since the trade term is EXW, the goods were picked up by the customer's forwarder and sent to Shanghai, then shipped by sea from Shanghai to LCH Port in Thailand.

The intelligent high-frequency forklift charger is designed for battery charging and is suitable for charging various types of batteries. It adopts high-frequency switching power supply technology and a modular installation structure. The system consists of a PFC unit, a power conversion unit, a monitoring unit, a display unit, an electrical unit, a communication protection unit, and charging connection components. The charging process is fully automatic, realizing intelligent charging management of various batteries.

It is generally used in ordinary forklift charging stations, electric bicycle charging stations, shared charging stations, code-scanning charging stations, electric vehicle code-scanning charging, robot charging, new energy vehicle charging, etc.
