Our valued customer from the UK placed a repeat order for 15 pcs of 25.6V 206Ah LiFePO4 battery packs.
The batteries are used to power mobile robots for farm picking.
This was the third order. We delivered a sample for the customer’s test. After the first sample test was successful, the customer placed a follow-up order for 8 sets. A year later, due to business expansion, the customer purchased 15 sets this time. The next order in 2024 is expected to be 60 sets.
The battery packs are built with Ganfeng 3.2V 206Ah LiFePO4 cells in a 16S1P configuration. All cells used are brand new, Grade A, and well balanced.
We customized this LiFePO4 battery pack to have a nominal voltage and capacity of 25.6V 206Ah, dimensions of 470 x 185 x 240 mm, a weight of 27 kg, a maximum discharge current of 150A, a maximum charging current of 100A, an iron shell, an RS485 communication port, and a built-in intelligent BMS.
We have updated the battery packs according to the customer’s requirements, such as adding venting.
We also improved the internal structure, such as neatly arranged cables. For more details, please check the pictures below.
The batteries were packed in wooden cases and protected by foam. Each carton contains 3 pcs, totaling 736 kg and 1 CBM.
Our customer ordered them at the beginning of January and wanted to receive the batteries by the end of March. Because of the Chinese New Year holiday, the schedule was really tight for us.
But we overcame the challenges and the batteries arrived in March as required.
