A customer from Singapore sent us an inquiry through our website. He wanted to buy lithium-ion batteries. His requirements were that the battery capacity should be from 10 Ah to 50 Ah and that the charge/discharge rate should be at least 1C. He also requested the MSDS for these batteries.
After further communication, we learned that the customer needed about 5–6 batteries of 5 different models, preferably using different chemistries, such as LFP and NMC batteries, as well as pouch cells.
Therefore, we recommended a 50Ah LFP battery cell, a 55Ah NMC battery cell, a 32Ah NMC high-energy-density battery cell, a 25Ah LFP battery cell, and a 40Ah LFP battery cell to the customer. We also sent the specifications of these battery cells so that the customer could have a deeper understanding of them.
The customer was very interested in these recommended batteries, so he quickly ordered them.
