3.3kW and 800W On Board Chargers Shipped to Belgium

Our Belgian client ordered one 3.3 kW OBC and one 800 W OBC charger from us. The 3.3 kW OBC is for a battery pack with 96S–105S LiFePO4 cells and 50 Ah capacity. Our client wanted a solution to charge a pack within a voltage range of 280–357 V, and the charger should be able to be cut off by an external switch once 357 V is reached. Ideally, we should have a CC-CV charge pattern with a maximum voltage of 357 V. The output voltage range of our 3.3 kW OBC is 200–440 V, and our client is happy with this solution.

3.3kW OBC800W On Board Charger

Regarding the 800 W charger, it is for a 15S LiFePO4 battery with an output of 10 A; this is a regular charger. Both chargers require CAN J1939 communication.

In June, our customer purchased the same chargers as in the previous order. Later, the client told us that the CAN communication was damaged due to a wrong connection. Therefore, the two 3.3 kW chargers and one 800 W charger were sent back for repair. However, the 3.3 kW chargers were severely damaged and could not be repaired. We fixed the 800 W charger, and our customer ordered a new 3.3 kW charger.

The 3.3 kW charger and the 800 W charger were sent to Belgium together. The shipment only took 4 days to arrive.
