We shipped a 3.3 kW SMHC3-9632A on-board battery charger to Missouri (MO), USA. It is used to power a 2022 Zero S motorcycle, whose energy core is a lithium NCM ternary battery pack composed of 28S 3.65V 57Ah NCM ternary battery cells connected in series.
The 3.3 kW on-board charger (OBC) is designed to accept a wide range of AC input voltages, from 90 VAC to 256 VAC, and provides an output of 96V / 32A. It also includes a US plug, which underscores the charger's readiness to integrate seamlessly into the American power infrastructure. The charger is fully potted and sealed with thermally conductive silica gel, achieving an IP67 protection rating, good shock resistance, good heat dissipation performance, and a long service life.
