An Indian client purchased 2 units of 3.3kW 48V 45A on-board battery chargers and 2 units of BMS24T100A intelligent battery management systems (BMS). The chargers and BMS are used for an LTO battery pack with a combination of 20 cells in series and 1 in parallel (20S1P).
The battery charger features a fully sealed potting process with thermally conductive silicone gel, achieving an IP67 protection rating, along with good shock resistance, excellent heat dissipation, and a long service life. The products are suitable for lithium-ion, LiFePO4, lead-acid, and nickel-metal hydride batteries, and can be used for cyclic charging of battery packs in electric vehicles, motorcycles, sightseeing cars, forklifts, logistics vehicles, golf carts, boats, communication equipment, and more.
The BMS24T BMS is specially designed for LiPo, LiFePO4, and LTO battery packs used in energy storage systems and electric vehicles, including e-motorcycles and e-scooters. The unit can measure and monitor battery voltage, cell voltage, charge/discharge current, battery temperature, and state of charge (SOC), all displayed on a TFT color LCD.
