3.65V 32Ah High Energy Density Lithium Pouch Cells Shipped to Germany

Recently, our customer from Germany purchased 12 pcs of 3.65V 32Ah high-energy-density lithium pouch cells from us.

The 3.65V 32Ah high-energy-density lithium pouch cell is a semi-solid battery with an energy density of around 292 Wh/kg.

Below are the reasons for choosing this battery:

The customer is developing a prototype for an intelligent wildlife warning system as part of a research project. The system will operate autonomously at the roadside, powered by a PV module with batteries for buffering. Since they aim for a long service life with high autonomy but limited space, they need batteries with high energy density and a small form factor. The 3.65V 32Ah cell, with its energy density of approximately 300 Wh/kg, stood out to them. They have a housing measuring 15 x 18 x 13 cm available for the prototype. Although no concrete power consumption figures are available yet, they currently expect about 15 watts. The final consumption will depend on the number of events and will be tested during the project. Therefore, the entire energy supply system should be oversized to ensure functionality for the specified minimum period. In the best-case scenario, the components can be further optimized for production readiness, enabling an even longer service life. To be compatible with commercially available PV modules and MPPT solar controllers, the individual cells could be connected to provide a total of 12 or 24 volts.

The batteries were well packed into cartons and shipped by air. They arrived within 15 days.
