Recently, we shipped a 36 V 14 Ah LiFePO4 battery pack to our UK customer for an e-bike.
The 36 V 14 Ah battery pack is shrink-wrapped so that it can fit into a box on the rear of his bike.
The 36 V 14 Ah LiFePO4 battery pack can support a 30 A continuous discharge current and a maximum 60 A peak discharge current.
The discharge and charge plug specifications are as follows:
10 AWG silicone discharge cable with a 45 A Anderson plug, 150 mm length
14 AWG silicone charging cable with a 15 A Anderson plug, 400 mm length
We used 26650 3.2 V 3600 mAh cells in a 12S4P configuration.
The 26650 3.2 V 3600 mAh cells can support 3C continuous discharge and 4,000 life cycles at 80% DOD.

The battery pack was packed in a carton with foam padding to prevent damage during transportation.
As agreed with the customer, we shipped the battery by air via a special line with DDP service, and the customer will receive it within 2 months.
