Our American customer reordered 8 pcs of 6.6 kW 48V on-board chargers from us. They purchased 8 pcs of these chargers in Oct. 2022 and tested them successfully, so they ordered them again.
The client had previously worked with TC Charger to obtain the 6.6 kW charger. Unfortunately, those chargers appear to have been discontinued.
TC Charger stopped producing the 6.6 kW HK-J series chargers and launched the 6.6 kW HK-L series. However, the new series chargers are not suitable for low DC voltages such as 48V and 72V.
Therefore, our 6.6 kW chargers serve as a supplementary product. We can produce them with the same CAN communication protocol as TC Charger, and we can even provide the same connectors.
The 8 chargers are equipped with CAN bus, and the baud rate is 500 kbps. According to the customer's requirements, the 8 chargers have 4 different CAN IDs.
The chargers are packed into cartons, with a total gross weight of 115 kg.
We shipped the chargers by air, and delivery took only 6 days.
