In January 2026, the customer placed an order for 120 pcs of CALB L160F100 3.2 V 100 Ah LiFePO4 batteries for testing. After the test was passed, in October 2026, our customer placed another order for 776 CALB L160F100 batteries.
The batteries are used for autonomous weeding/data collection robots in Europe. The batteries should be placed in replaceable compartments (8S, up to four connected in parallel) to minimize downtime without the need to charge the whole robot.
We tested all the cells before shipping. Please see part of the test report below for reference:
As with the last order, we provided the customer with CALB 100 Ah LiFePO4 cells with threaded holes. We also provided connectors and bolts for easy assembly, and supplied 25 long connectors and 25 short connectors according to the customer's requirements. In this way, the customer can assemble all cells directly after receiving them, which is very convenient.
Our client needed 7 connectors per battery pack (8S). Therefore, in total we provided 679 connectors.
The batteries were packed in dangerous goods cartons, totaling 1,870 kg and 3.42 CBM. As agreed, we shipped the batteries to Zurich by sea, and they are expected to arrive at the destination in about 50 days.
