Warsaw, Poland, August 1 – Global renewable energy leader Sungrow, in partnership with residential and commercial PV installer Recosolar, has commissioned an advanced hybrid energy solution for a rehabilitation center in Rzeszów, Poland. The project integrates a 16kWp rooftop solar array with a 25kWh Energy Storage System (ESS), establishing a new benchmark for energy security and self-consumption optimization in Poland's healthcare sector.
"Delivering innovative, reliable energy solutions tailored to client needs is central to Sungrow's mission," stated Michał Kłos, Sungrow's Country Manager for Poland. "The Rzeszów rehabilitation center project exemplifies our commitment to advancing energy reliability and efficiency within critical infrastructure."
The installation utilizes Sungrow's SH15T three-phase hybrid inverters, achieving over 98% efficiency while providing backup power and simplified installation. Energy storage is delivered through five modular SBH100 batteries (5kWh each), configured as a scalable system supporting future expansion up to eight modules. These high-voltage, stackable batteries offer continuous 50A charge/discharge capability. Smart energy management is enabled via Sungrow's iHomeManager, integrating control for lighting, heating, and EV charging.
"Sungrow products combine straightforward installation with exceptional reliability and strong local technical support," commented Paweł Bytnar of Recosolar. "This initiative demonstrates clean energy's viability for healthcare applications in Poland and internationally."
The rehabilitation center, where uninterrupted power is critical, gains significant advantages:
Enhanced energy independence
Comprehensive system monitoring and optimization
Seamless integration with existing smart building systems
The solution specifically addresses the facility's core requirements: ensuring power reliability, maximizing solar self-consumption, and implementing intelligent energy management.
Sungrow, with over 18 years of European operations, maintains a substantial regional presence including 750+ employees, 25+ local offices, and two European R&D centers. Its dedicated Polish team provides full technical and commercial support across all project scales, from residential to utility. The company actively engages in major industry forums like Kielce's ENEX to showcase its comprehensive energy solutions portfolio.
