On July 30, JAC Motors unveiled its strategic dual-purpose van model, the "Blue Cat Passenger Version." As the exclusive core power source for this model, CALB introduced a leading 50.38 kWh large-capacity battery pack, precisely tailored for CLTC conditions. It delivers a real-world range of up to 310 km, fully meeting the stringent demands of the logistics vehicle market for flexible, efficient, economical, safe, and reliable operation.
On April 25, Chery Commercial Vehicles launched the Zero-Million KM Custom Edition light truck in Hangzhou. In close collaboration with Chery, CALB co-developed a premium 4.2-meter electric light truck designed for an ultra-long lifecycle of "one million kilometers." This custom model is equipped with CALB’s high-durability, fast-charging cells and battery system, specifically engineered for high-frequency, high-intensity urban distribution scenarios. The battery technology has passed over 10,000 cycle tests, demonstrating exceptional product strength that redefines industry standards and sets a new benchmark for quality in urban logistics electrification.
On May 27, XCMG launched its all-new 4.4-meter Hanjie New Energy Light Truck, bringing green and efficient power to urban logistics. CALB’s industry-leading extreme-fast-charging solution plays a key role in enabling the Hanjie truck’s high operational efficiency and alleviating “charging anxiety” for urban delivery users. Designed for high-frequency, high-intensity operations, CALB’s extreme-fast-charging battery and self-developed thermal management technology allow the battery to recharge from 20% to 80% in just 20 minutes, truly enabling “energy top-up during fragmented time, efficient non-stop operation.” During short breaks such as lunch or loading/unloading, the vehicle can rapidly regain power, significantly reducing charging wait times.
On May 29, CAMC unveiled its “Phoenix Series” super heavy truck for the first time globally. CALB supplied the full range of power batteries, covering both all-electric “E-Phoenix” and range-extended “Cloud Phoenix” technical routes. This deep collaboration highlights the company’s capability to precisely adapt battery systems to diverse heavy-duty scenarios.
- All-electric E-Phoenix: Equipped with a bottom-mounted 600 kWh LFP battery with a long service life of 10 years or 1.8 million km, and an ultra-low center of gravity for more stable driving.
- Range-extended Cloud Phoenix: Designed for long-haul routes, the range-extender battery system emphasizes extreme reliability, helping the Cloud Phoenix achieve an ultra-long range of 1,400 km and completely eliminate range anxiety.
On April 23, at the 21st Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition, GAC Lineway unveiled its first strategic new energy product, the T9, following a brand refresh. This new energy heavy truck is precisely focused on medium- and short-haul, high-frequency shuttle transport scenarios such as ports, industrial parks, and intercity building material transport. It is equipped with a customized battery system from CALB, which achieves an industry-leading energy density of 167 Wh/kg and a实测 comprehensive energy consumption as low as 1.1 kWh/km, significantly reducing operating costs for users and increasing daily trip frequency. As the inaugural battery system supplier for the T9, CALB collaborated deeply with GAC Lineway in co-development to ensure perfect integration of the battery system with the vehicle’s power chain and energy recovery system, maximizing energy-saving potential.
On January 6, Deutronics and Proton Motors successfully launched the “Dijiang TA” series tractor trucks. CALB’s battery systems were successfully installed in its electric tractors, with ultra-high capacity options of 400 kWh and 600 kWh. Through multi-dimensional technologies such as advanced thermal management, lightweight design, and extreme-fast charging, the system enables dual-gun 900A fast charging capability and a comprehensive energy consumption as low as 1.1 kWh/km. It balances fast-charging efficiency with extended single-charge range, effectively alleviating range anxiety and providing strong support for green logistics transportation.
Additionally, in the construction machinery sector, on January 13, a batch of Proton Motors pure electric mixer trucks equipped with CALB battery systems was delivered. In response to growing demand for electric construction machinery, CALB provides a benchmark solution for electrifying concrete transport with high reliability and ultra-long range. The battery pack features an 【ZhiYuan】armored protection structure, passing 3x GB/T 31467.3 duration triple comprehensive vibration tests and meeting ISO standard dual safety requirements. It withstands bumpy operations and construction impact loads, and operates reliably across a full temperature range of -35°C to 65°C, ensuring stable performance for 8 hours of continuous mixing even in harsh environments, from frozen ground in the northwest to extreme heat in the south. CALB is reshaping engineering machinery batteries with utmost standards, supporting green infrastructure with proven data.
