One of our regular customers from Thailand purchased four high-frequency intelligent industrial battery chargers. This time, they are for forklift batteries. The customer chose 48 V 150 A 9 kW and 80 V 200 A 21 kW chargers according to different battery models.
As before, the input is three-phase five-wire 380 V AC, and the wire length is 3 m. Regarding the charger output, because the customer’s batteries are 15S and 25S, we set the maximum output voltage to 54.75 V for the 15S batteries and 91.25 V for the 25S batteries. We also provided Anderson and Rema output plugs according to customer requirements.
The forklift battery chargers were packed in plywood cases for shipping, with a total gross weight of 224 kg. According to the customer’s request, we sent all of the chargers to the customer’s cooperative forwarder in Shenzhen.
The intelligent high-frequency forklift battery charger is designed for battery charging and is suitable for cyclic charging of various batteries. It is designed with high-frequency switching power supply technology and modular construction.
