Our regular customer in Germany ordered 33 pieces this time after successfully testing the samples of CALB 3.2V 230Ah prismatic LiFePO4 battery cells. As mentioned before, these 230Ah LiFePO4 cells are used in small trucks in towns and cemeteries.
We packed these battery cells very carefully to protect them during shipping. The cartons were filled with batteries and lots of sponges to prevent shaking and squeezing, and were marked with UN3481 labels. The total is seven cartons weighing 155 kg. We shipped the batteries by sea with door-to-door service.
The 230Ah LiFePO4 battery cell has the model L173F230. “L173” refers to the length of 173 mm, and “230” refers to the capacity of 230 Ah. It also has a light weight of 4.17 kg, a low AC internal resistance of 0.3 mΩ, and a long cycle life of more than 4000 cycles. The CALB 230Ah LiFePO4 cell comes with original factory-welded studs on the terminals, making it easy to build battery packs.
