Our customer is a lead-acid battery distribution company in South Africa specializing in the forklift market. They purchased 3 units of 51.2V 360Ah forklift LiFePO4 batteries for Toyota 7FBE15/18, along with a forklift charger, and shipped them to Durban port by sea. The total gross weight is 957 kg and the volume is 2.15 CBM.
The 51.2V 360Ah forklift LiFePO4 battery is designed to replace traditional lead-acid forklift batteries. It offers a longer cycle life, higher charging efficiency, supports fast charging, and is maintenance-free. Although the initial purchase cost of lithium-ion forklift batteries is relatively high, over time they prove to be more cost-effective than traditional lead-acid batteries.
The 9 kW 48V 150A industrial battery high-frequency charger we provide is designed for battery charging. It is suitable for cyclic charging of various batteries. It is built with high-frequency switching power supply technology and a modular installation structure. The entire system consists of a PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitor unit, display unit, electrical unit, communication protection unit, and charging connection parts. The charging process is fully automatic and realizes intelligent charging management for various batteries.
