An American client purchased 16 pieces of 3.2V 100Ah Fortune LiFePO4 battery cells from us to build a 16S1P 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery pack energy storage system for his own use. We tested every single battery cell and issued a test report before shipment.
These Fortune LiFePO4 batteries have excellent consistency; each battery cell has the same voltage of around 3.3 volts, and the actual capacity is about ten percent higher than the rated capacity.
We provided the connectors and plastic holders together with his Fortune LiFePO4 batteries for easy connection. The purpose of the plastic holders is to maintain a gap between the cells, so as to facilitate heat dissipation and prevent bulging.
Each battery cell was individually packed, and we packed them in 2 large cartons with a total gross weight of 48 kg. They were shipped by sea with door-to-door service.
