A customer from the USA ordered 384 pcs 3.2V 200Ah GBS-LFP200Ah-A cells recently.
It is reported that they will need these cells to power automatic guided vehicles.
According to the customer's requirement, we did not use jigs and straps to bundle 4 cells together. The individual cells and other accessories were provided separately. For the grouping method, they hoped we could select 16 cells in one group and keep them well matched, because they would connect 16 cells in series for each battery system.
Before shipment, we did a quality inspection for all cells. You can find the test report below for two groups for reference.
Regarding shipping, we shipped the goods in two batches.
For the first batch, we sent 16 cells to the client's cooperative freight forwarder, and they would be responsible for carrying the 16 cells by air, because they wanted to get these immediately to do the test first.
As for the second batch of 368 cells, they were packed in 93 cartons with a gross weight of 2,216 kg. The cargo was shipped by COSCO to the US first, and then it was picked up by a truck to deliver to the customer's address with door-to-door service.
