About 10 years ago our customer made an e-scooter project using 8 pcs of 38140S 12Ah Headway LiFePO4 battery cells, and now he needed to replace these cells, and he had a really hard time finding them. He decided to use the shorter model Headway 38120S 3.2V 10Ah, which was available, but all the suppliers he contacted had a problem shipping them to Canada — even from China or the US. Eventually he found our website and ordered 8 pcs of 38120S 10Ah Headway LiFePO4 battery cells from us.
We shipped the batteries by air to Vancouver, BC, Canada, with all customs duties and taxes included. Our customer received them within 20 days after departure from China.
