1.5kW and 3.3kW On Board Battery Chargers Were Delivered to the USA

After successful testing, our customer from the USA purchased 132 pieces of 1.5 kW and 77 pieces of 3.3 kW onboard chargers.

Some onboard battery chargers are for lead-acid batteries, and others are for LiFePO4 lithium batteries. We customized the chargers according to the customer's requirements, including maximum output current, output voltages of 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V, M10 output terminals, custom sticker information, and so on.

These onboard battery chargers were packed into cartons, then placed on pallets with a total G.W. of 1151 kg and 4.8 CBM. They were shipped to the port of New York and will take about one month to arrive.

The onboard battery charger is filled with thermally conductive silicone gel, which provides good vibration resistance, excellent heat dissipation, high reliability, and a long service life. It is waterproof, shockproof, acid-fog-proof, and dust-proof, and its enhanced isolation design ensures safe operation in any environment. The charger has a wide operating temperature range and undergoes a 100% full-load aging test; it also meets automotive vibration standards. The dynamic charging curve can be adjusted on-site via a computer interface to achieve the best match with the battery. With soft switching technology, the charger features low switching losses, high efficiency (>93%), and energy savings.
