SVOLT Unveils Short Blade 3.0 and Hybrid Solid-Liquid 6C Batteries at its 2026 Global Partner Summit

On July 16, during the 2026 SVOLT Global Partner Summit, Chinese battery manufacturer SVOLT introduced its newest generation of battery technologies and products for electric vehicles, energy storage, and emerging mobility applications—underscoring the company's commitment to turning cutting-edge innovation into commercially scalable solutions.

EV Battery

SVOLT debuted the Short Blade Battery 3.0, achieving up to 10C ultra-fast charging and making high-speed charging more accessible for mainstream electric vehicles. The company also presented its first mass-production-ready Hybrid Solid-Liquid 6C Fast-Charging Cell, which combines long driving range, improved safety, and high-power charging performance. Series production is targeted for 2027.

Energy Storage

For energy storage, SVOLT showcased upgraded full-scenario solutions covering residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), utility-scale, data center, and UPS applications. Newly introduced products include stacked-cell residential storage batteries, a 285 kWh C&I energy storage system, a 6.29 MWh utility-scale battery container, and hybrid solid-liquid batteries specifically designed for AI data center backup power. SVOLT also outlined its sodium-ion technology roadmap for future large-scale energy storage deployments.

Emerging Mobility

To support the low-altitude economy, SVOLT launched a hybrid solid-liquid eVTOL battery with an energy density of 340 Wh/kg. In the light electric mobility segment, the company expanded its portfolio with LFP cell solutions serving high-performance e-motorcycles and battery-swapping applications.

Manufacturing

On the manufacturing side, SVOLT announced that Fly-Stacking 4.0 will enter mass production this year. Equipped with the world's first 16-sheet simultaneous stacking technology, it doubles stacking efficiency and further strengthens SVOLT's ability to scale advanced battery manufacturing globally.
