12kW 48V 200A Battery Charger Shipped to Thailand

A customer from Thailand ordered a 12 kW 48V 200A industrial battery charger on our Alibaba store. The charger is a three-phase five-wire type (L1, L2, L3, Neutral, Ground) with an input of 380V AC, and it is equipped with a DC national standard plug. It will be used for a 15S LiFePO4 battery bank. According to the customer’s requirement, the charger was designed with CAN communication (the CAN protocol was provided by the customer), and the factory-set voltage was 60V.

The charger was packed in one plywood case. The total gross weight was 60.85 kg, and the volume was 0.300 CBM. We shipped the charger with door-to-door service. It will take about 10–15 days for delivery.

The intelligent high-frequency charger is designed for battery charging. It is suitable for cyclic charging of various batteries. It is built with high-frequency switching power supply technology and a modular installation structure. The entire system consists of a PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitor unit, display unit, electrical unit, communication protection unit, and charging connection parts. The charging process is fully automatic, and it realizes intelligent charging management for various batteries. It is commonly used in forklift chargers, electric bicycle charging piles, shared charging piles, scan-code charging piles, EV scan-code charging, robot charging, new energy vehicle charging, etc.
