CALB 3.2V 163Ah LiFePO4 and 3.7V 113Ah NMC Batteries Shipped to Brazil

Recently, our customer from Brazil ordered 200 pcs of CALB L221N113A 3.7V 113Ah NMC Li-ion cells and 12 pcs of L173F163B 3.2V 163Ah LiFePO4 cells (with screws) for testing. These two types are new aluminium-cased cell models manufactured by CALB.

The customer will use these cells to build a 94S2P 350V 226Ah system for an electric vehicle. Since the client doesn’t have laser welding tools to connect the terminals, we helped by welding the screws and providing bus bars to make it easy to connect the cells.

We packed the cells in 22 cartons, with a total gross weight of 440 kg. As per the customer’s requirements, we shipped them by sea to the Port of Itajaí.
