12V 24Ah LiFePO4 Battery Packs and 6000mAh LiFePO4 Cells Shipped to Dubai

A customer from Dubai purchased 7 pieces of 12V 24Ah LiFePO4 battery packs and 20 pieces of 32700 6000mAh LiFePO4 battery cells from our company for testing purposes for a project.

The client is from a Dubai-based company that provides solutions in industries such as oil and gas, industry, education, communications, and government entities. During our communication, he sent us a specification for a lead-acid battery and asked us to customize products with the same size and parameters according to that specification.

Below are the products offered to the customer.

This is a 12V 24Ah LiFePO4 battery pack with a built-in protection board. It consists of 16 6000mAh cylindrical cells in a 4S4P configuration. It features a compact size and high cycle life.

After receiving our proposed solution, the customer expressed satisfaction with the product.

During the communication process, the customer asked us not to seal or glue the cover when shipping the products, as they needed to be able to verify the battery cells.

After understanding all of the customer's needs and reaching an agreement, the customer promptly paid the full amount. After receiving the payment, we began preparing the batteries for the customer.

Below are packaging pictures of the 12V 24Ah battery packs and the 6000mAh battery cells before shipment.

Inside each battery pack, a battery holder was installed and filled with foam padding. The outside was secured with screws and cable ties, and the battery pack was tightly wrapped in a bag, ensuring it would not be damaged during transportation. Upon receiving the battery pack, the customer can secure the battery cover themselves after inspecting the cells.

The batteries will be shipped by air freight.
