Our German customer purchased 15 pcs of GBS 3.2 V 100 Ah GBS-LFP100AHA-A LiFePO4 cells from our company.
The cells are used in a battery storage system in the customer's house. The existing battery pack has two strings of 15 cells in series.
Our customer shared that the battery pack is now 10 years old and one cell is faulty.
All the cells we provided are brand new, Grade A, and typically last 7–8 years on average.
Usually, we provide battery jigs and straps with 4 pcs bound together, as shown in the picture below.
At our customer's request, we provided battery jigs and straps that support three groups, each with 5 pcs bound together.
Regarding transportation, our customer decided to ship the cells by sea with DDP service because they did not need them urgently. The delivery time will be about two months.
