One of our regular customers in Thailand purchased 200 pcs of 206Ah, 600 pcs of 230Ah, and 100 pcs of 280Ah cells from us this time, for a total of 900 cells. These batteries will be used in the design and production of forklift battery packs.
This customer mainly provides customized services for electric forklifts to their clients, including customized forklift battery packs and matching chargers.
We understand that this customer mainly supplies battery packs with a capacity of about 200Ah, and only a few will use large-capacity batteries of about 300Ah.
In response to the customer's needs, we provided the customer with 206Ah, 230Ah, and 280Ah solutions.
We conducted quality inspections on all cells before delivery.

The average actual capacity of the 230Ah cells is about 245Ah.
The consistency of voltage and internal resistance is very good, with a voltage difference of 0.002 V and an internal resistance difference of 0.01 mΩ.
For transportation, we packed these 900 cells into 10 plywood boxes on 5 pallets, with a total gross weight of 4,319 kg. Since the customer has a designated freight forwarder, the goods were picked up by the customer's freight forwarder and shipped to Laem Chabang Port in Thailand.
