A client from Taiwan purchased 146 sets of 24V 100A and 17 sets of 48V 150A industrial lithium battery high-frequency chargers for his 8S3P & 8S4P LiFePO4 battery banks from us, and this is our third collaboration after the previous successful tests.
The 24V100A and 48V150A industrial lithium battery chargers have output powers of 3 kW (24V100A) and 9 kW (48V150A) respectively. They are designed for battery charging and are suitable for cyclic charging of various batteries. They are built with high-frequency switching power supply technology and a modular installation structure. The whole system consists of a PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitor unit, display unit, communication/protection unit and charging connection parts. The charging process is fully automatic, and they provide intelligent charging management for various batteries.
There are “Start” and “Stop” buttons on the charger body. To meet the customer's need for a fully automatic charging station without operator involvement, we modified the software so that the charger will start charging automatically when connected to AC power, and stop when the battery is fully charged. In this way, no one needs to press the “Start” button. The charger is equipped with CAN bus, and we configured it according to the customer’s CAN protocol.
We packed these lithium battery chargers into cartons and then onto pallets. The chargers were shipped to Keelung port by sea, and delivery only took 3-5 days to arrive.
