25 pcs 20Ah Welded LTO Battery Cells Shipped to Slovenia

A new customer from Slovenia contacted us through our company's website. He wanted to order an LTO battery cell for use in forestry hybrid vehicles.

The customer initially considered many LTO batteries, such as 45Ah, 40Ah, and 25Ah batteries, and finally chose this 20Ah LTO battery. This battery can achieve a 30C discharge rate for short periods.

These are the specifications of the battery cell.

The customer first purchased a box of 25 pcs battery cells for sample testing.

The customer did not need bolts, but only a connecting plate with holes so that he could connect it directly to his test machine. He did not have a laser welder, so if the connection was not welded, there would be problems making a proper connection. This is the drawing provided by the customer. We welded this special connecting piece for the customer based on the drawing.

We quickly prepared the battery cells and completed the welding.

This is a picture of the battery cells after welding was completed and before shipment. Each battery cell was placed in a separate compartment, separated by cardboard, so that the cells would not be damaged by collisions during transportation.

The customer successfully received the batteries and is very satisfied with the welding quality of the battery cells.
