A client from Ireland needs a new on-board charger (OBC) to replace the failed one in his electric vehicle. We provided a 3.3 kW, 160.6V 23A on-board charger for his 132V 180Ah LiFePO4 battery pack, which consists of 44 pcs of 180Ah LiFePO4 battery cells in series.
We offer 1.8 kW, 3.3 kW, and 6.6 kW on-board chargers for electric vehicles, all designed according to clients' requirements.
Both CAN-controlled and enable-controlled chargers are available. CAN bus communication is used to charge the EV power battery safely and automatically. The on-board battery charger dynamically adjusts the charging current or voltage based on information from the battery management system (BMS).
The OBC can receive a variety of charging parameters and features an automatic wake-up function, real-time reporting, and charger-related status information.
It can also control the maximum input current, and offers stable charging, high conversion efficiency, multiple protection functions, safety and reliability, and strong vibration resistance.
