Recently, a client from Thailand ordered a 3.3kW onboard battery charger for a 32S 96V LiFePO4 battery bank in his EV. We provided the model SMHC3-9632A, which has an output voltage of 96V and an output current of 32A, according to his requirements. We also produced this charger without a CAN bus, and the AC input and DC output connectors are as shown in the pictures below.
The charger was shipped by air with a gross weight of 10 kg and took just 5 days to arrive.
This series of chargers features a fully-sealed structure. The products are suitable for lead-acid, lithium, and nickel-metal hydride batteries, etc. They are used for charging battery packs in electric vehicles, motorcycles, sightseeing vehicles, forklifts, logistics vehicles, golf carts, patrol cars, ships, communication equipment, and more.
