Our regular customer from the USA purchased two sets of 3.3 kW On-Board Chargers (SMHC3-14423A) with CAN control function, along with a Daly 4S 200A LiFePO₄ battery management system with Bluetooth function. He will use these chargers and BMS for a 44S CALB CA100 LiFePO₄ battery bank.


The SMHC3-14423A on-board battery charger features a rated output of 144 V / 23 A, an input voltage range of AC 90 V to 264 V, a maximum output voltage of 198 V, and a rated power of 3.3 kW. It adopts a fully potted and sealed thermally conductive silicone gel process, achieving an IP67 protection rating, excellent shock resistance, good heat dissipation, and a long service life. The charger is suitable for a wide range of batteries, including lithium (LiFePO₄, Li-ion, etc.), lead-acid, and nickel-metal hydride. It can be used for cyclic charging of battery packs in electric vehicles, motorcycles, sightseeing vehicles, forklifts, logistics vehicles, golf carts, ships, communication equipment, and more.
The Daly 4S 200A BMS is specifically designed for 4S 12 V LiFePO₄ battery packs. It provides dustproof, shockproof, and anti-squeeze protection, along with comprehensive overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short-circuit, and cell balancing functions.
