Recently, our customer from the UK purchased 32 pcs of 3.2 V 105 Ah EVE cells, 2 pcs of 16S 150 A BMS units, and 2 sets of plastic holders for 16S cells from us.
The customer plans to design two prototypes. The first is a “proof of concept” so that their business partner can see it working on a smaller scale. The second prototype will be built by them from scratch.
They would need everything except the outer case, as one thing they are experimenting with is using a plug-and-socket type connection built into the pack, rather than cable connectors.
All the batteries we provided are brand new and Grade A. To ensure that all battery cells perform well, we prepared a test report for the 32 cells.
The 16S 150 A BMS units come with Bluetooth, heating, and an LCD screen. They are compatible with Victron MultiPlus inverters.
Our customer wanted the 2 sets of plastic holders for 16S EVE LF105 105 Ah LiFePO4 battery cells. The holders serve a dual purpose: not only simplifying battery module installation but also maintaining proper spacing between the cells. This prevents cell expansion and enhances heat dissipation, thereby boosting battery performance.
We provided the customer with connectors and bolts for easy connection.
According to the customer's requirements, we sent the batteries to the customer by air via UPS, and the customer received the goods on December 16.
