Since 2023, we have been working closely with our Singaporean client to provide them with high-performance 48V 32Ah battery packs and charging solutions. So far, we have completed three bulk orders and delivered a total of 109 battery systems.
In August 2023, we received an initial inquiry email from the Singaporean client. After more than a month of technical discussions and solution optimization, the first sample order was confirmed on September 13, 2023. Here is a sample of the 48V 32Ah battery pack we produced for our client.
The client highly praised the performance, craftsmanship, and stability of the sample, leading to the first bulk order of 36 battery packs and matching chargers in January 2024.
To ensure the product fully met their requirements, the client flew from Singapore to our facility upon completion of production in late February 2024 to personally participate in testing and inspection. Their meticulous approach and our efficient collaboration elevated the partnership to new heights.
Thanks to our consistent product quality and reliable delivery capabilities, the client placed two additional orders in June 2024 and January 2025, each for 36 battery systems. These three collaborations not only demonstrate the client's trust in us but also highlight our expertise in lithium battery pack design, production, and service.
Every 48V 32Ah battery pack undergoes stringent quality control, from cell selection and BMS optimization to final assembly. We adhere to high manufacturing standards to ensure high energy density, long cycle life, and safety, meeting the client's needs in energy storage, electrical equipment, and other applications.
