Our customer from Taiwan, China, ordered a 24V 100A lithium battery charger for his 8S3P or 8S4P LiFePO4 battery bank. This 3 kW charger has an input voltage of 220 VAC, which is the standard used in China. The charger is equipped with a CAN bus, and we configured it according to the customer's CAN protocol. Single-phase 220V input and bare cable ends were provided as per the customer's requirement.
The 3 kW 24V 100A industrial lithium battery charger was packed in a plywood case and filled with EPE for protection. The total gross weight is 21 kg, and it was shipped by air to Taiwan. It took only 4-5 days to arrive.
The intelligent high-frequency charger is designed for battery charging and is suitable for cyclic charging of various batteries. It is designed based on high-frequency switching power supply technology and modular construction. The whole system consists of a PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitor unit, display unit, electrical unit, communication and protection unit, and charging connection parts. The charging process is fully automatic and realizes intelligent charging management for various batteries.
It is generally used in forklift chargers, electric bicycle charging piles, shared charging piles, QR code scanning charging piles, robot charging, new energy vehicle charging, etc.
