Shipment of 48V 150A and 300A Forklift Battery Chargers to Korea

A customer from Korea ordered two sets of three-phase four-wire 48V 150A 9kW forklift chargers and one set of 48V 300A 18kW forklift charger for his 48V 200Ah NCA forklift battery. These chargers were packed in three plywood cases and we delivered them by air with door-to-door service to the customer.

The intelligent high-frequency charger is designed for 48V forklift battery charging. It is suitable for cyclic charging of various batteries. The charger adopts high-frequency switching power supply technology and modular construction, and features OTP (over temperature protection), OVP (over voltage protection), OCP (over current protection), short-circuit protection, etc. The whole system consists of a PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitor unit, display unit, electrical unit, communication unit, protection unit, and charging connection parts. The charging process is fully automatic, and it realizes intelligent charging management for various batteries.

It is generally used for forklift charging, electric bicycle charging piles, shared charging piles, scan code charging piles, electric vehicle scan code charging, robot charging, new energy vehicle charging, etc.
