We recently delivered one set of 48V 200A forklift battery charger to our Korean customer by air with door-to-door service. The 48V 200A forklift battery charger with three-phase four-wire input will be used for his 15S 48V 600Ah forklift LiFePO4 battery.
The intelligent high-frequency forklift battery charger is designed for battery charging and is suitable for cyclic charging of various batteries. It is designed based on high-frequency switching power supply technology and modular installation construction. The whole system consists of a PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitor unit, display unit, communication protection unit, and charging connection parts. The charging process is fully automatic, and it realizes intelligent charging management of various batteries.
For the connector between the charger and the battery, we equipped the Anderson SB350 connector according to our client's requirement. The forklift battery charger was packed into a plywood case filled with sponge, with a total weight of 69.19 kg and a volume of 0.352 CBM.
