4S-96S BMS with Bluetooth RS232 and Active Balance Shipped to South Africa

Recently, our customer in South Africa placed a repeat order for high-voltage 4S–96S BMS units for battery bank systems.

Our customer requested a BMS with a common port.

One master BMS can control 8 slave BMS units, but this has now been updated to 16. Each slave BMS can manage 12S lithium battery modules, allowing a maximum of 192S.

The system provides functions such as cell overcharge protection, cell over-discharge protection, overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, low-temperature protection, voltage difference protection, and battery fault protection.

The host unit is equipped with status LEDs to indicate the system operating status. In addition, the BMS features a 3.5-inch IPS color display with an ultra-wide viewing angle, providing a clear view of the operating status at a glance.

Two relay configurations are available: common-port and split-port, each with different control software. The interface type must be confirmed before ordering.

The BMS supports RS232/TTL and CAN communication, and includes an Android mobile app that monitors the host status and configures parameters via Bluetooth.

Before shipping, we tested the BMS and it worked well.

The BMS was packed in cartons with foam padding to prevent damage during transportation; the total gross weight is 1.6 kg.
