Recently, we sent out 2 pcs of 16S 100A BMS units to Puerto Rico. The BMS is for the NE-48D100-NP 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery.
Our customer bought these 8 pcs of NE-48D100-NP 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries from our company four years ago. However, the customer accidentally connected the positive and negative terminals in reverse during operation, and one of the batteries entered protection mode. Therefore, the BMS needed to be replaced to keep the battery working.
The customer reported that the batteries have been used for four years, but their performance is still particularly good.

The BMS units were packed in cartons with foam padding to prevent damage during transportation.
The BMS units have been sent out by air via UPS, and our customer will receive them soon.
