504 pcs EVE 3.2V 230Ah LiFePO4 Batteries Shipped to Taiwan, China

Our customer from Taiwan purchased 504 pcs of EVE 3.2V 230Ah LiFePO4 batteries, connectors, and battery plates from us.

The batteries are used for warehouse logistics vehicles such as forklifts and stackers.

Our customer had often purchased chargers from us before, but because of our product quality, service, and price, they started purchasing lithium batteries from our company.

We provide our customer with an inspection report for each batch of batteries. From the following inspection report, it can be clearly seen that all the batteries we provide are of the highest quality and have the best matching consistency. The capacity difference within the matching group is < 1.6%, the voltage difference within the matching group is < 3 mV, the internal resistance difference within the matching group is < 0.05 mΩ, and the internal resistance of a single cell is < 0.3 mΩ.

We have our own welding machines to help the customer weld terminals.

The M6 terminals are customized for our client because the contact area between the batteries and the terminals is too small, so we manufactured the terminals as large as possible.

Vibration during use is severe, so we customized these terminals to increase the contact area and added copper connecting pieces and anti-slip nuts. These materials can withstand 7 Nm without deforming or falling off.

To enlarge the contact area, we reduced the hole from M6×10 to M6×7.

We helped the customer purchase battery end plates and accessories. These end plates will be placed at both ends of the connected batteries to secure and protect them.

All batteries are packed into wooden cases, a total of 5 cases, 2,463.00 kg, 4.23 CBM.

The batteries were shipped by sea from Shanghai Port to Keelung Port, Taiwan, and arrived in just two days.
