The lead time for this battery is only 3–5 days, which means that as soon as the customer places an order, we can ship the battery immediately after completing the necessary quality inspection.

Packaging details:

The 50 battery cells were packed in 7 cartons and then placed on a pallet, with a total gross weight of 201 kg. The cartons were filled with foam, and the edges were reinforced to prevent damage during transit.

Shipment:

The cargo was received by our freight forwarder on May 8, and then the goods were loaded and shipped out of the port on May 17. After unloading in the US, the goods were picked up by truck. It took one week to reach the designated destination on June 27. The entire transportation time was about 50 days.

Advantages of Blade Battery:

Flexible structure: The blade battery has a flexible structure, and the length of each cell can be customized to make full use of the space in the vehicle. Compared with ordinary lithium iron phosphate batteries, the volume utilization rate of blade batteries has increased by more than 50%, reaching the same level as ternary lithium batteries.

High strength: Just as a single chopstick can be easily broken, a bunch of chopsticks is hard to break. Hundreds of blade battery cells, each less than one meter long, are tightly arranged together, making them stronger and providing additional support to the vehicle's safety structure in the event of a collision.

Range close to ternary lithium: At the same volume or mass, the more energy the battery can store, the higher its volumetric or gravimetric energy density, and thus the longer the range of the electric vehicle. Blade batteries compensate for the energy density shortcomings of ordinary lithium iron phosphate batteries.

Longer cycle life: At present, lithium manganese oxide batteries have the lowest number of cycles, ternary lithium batteries are in the middle, and lithium iron phosphate batteries have the highest number of cycles. As blade batteries are a type of lithium iron phosphate battery, they also offer a very high cycle life.

Excellent safety performance: In a puncture test, the surface temperature of the blade battery remains between 30 and 60 degrees Celsius, and it is not prone to spontaneous ignition.
