A regular customer from Thailand ordered 15 intelligent high-frequency forklift chargers. This time, he purchased 9 kW 48V/150A and 18 kW 80V/200A chargers for his new project. (We have upgraded the maximum output current of the 18 kW 80 V charger from 180 A to 200 A.)
As before, we provided chargers with a three-phase five-wire 380 VAC input and a 3-meter input cable. According to the customer’s request, we set the maximum output voltage to 58.4 VDC for the 48 V chargers and 91.25 VDC for the 80 V chargers. We provided chargers with both standalone (non-communication) charging and CAN communication charging modes, which can be flexibly used with batteries using different communication protocols. We also provided Rema output plugs and 12 V auxiliary power for the chargers.
All chargers were packed in plywood cases, with a total gross weight of 871 kg and a volume of 4.246 CBM. We applied for a Form E for the customer to help reduce customs duties. The cargo was shipped by sea to the port of BANGKOK (PAT), and the voyage took about 5 days.
