Our customer ordered 28 pcs of CALB 50 Ah cells and 16 pcs of EVE 100 Ah cells. The customer originally wanted the CALB module, but due to its long delivery time, they chose CALB 50 Ah cells instead. Before shipment, we tested the quality of all cells.
Our client is from the US, and he is a great client. He was designing something for his company, and the battery requirement was urgent. The delivery time we offer to our customers is one month. In order to avoid delaying the customer's use, we have been actively communicating with the manufacturer. As a result, the delivery time was reduced by nearly half, and the batteries have been delivered to the United States.
The batteries were transported by UPS, and the customer signed for them on November 24th.
