Our customer from Austria has placed a repeat order for 20 pcs of our 3.3 kW 48 V on-board chargers.

They purchased 2 chargers last year.
They have successfully integrated them into their systems, tested them, and have now decided to proceed to the next step—series production integration.
These on-board chargers are intended for their lithium-ion battery-driven robotic vehicles.
Their 10.8 kWh battery has a nominal voltage of 48 V and can accept a charging current of up to 200 A; however, for this application, charging at a maximum of 40–45 A is sufficient. They have an on-board charge controller that communicates the maximum permissible charging current and cell temperatures over CAN, so the customer only needs a charger with output current controllable via CAN 2.0B.
The client would like us to manufacture this order with a custom cable harness. Specifically, the DC supply wires are a bit too short for their system. Alternatively, connectors instead of a wiring harness would also be acceptable.
Here is the configuration they would like:
DC output: 2.5 m length, no eyelets (we will crimp the connectors)
AC input and CAN: both 1.5 m length, also no connectors
We are happy to customize this for our customer.

For shipping, 4 chargers will be sent by air because our customer needs them quite soon, and the remaining 16 pcs will be shipped by sea (the most economical option) with DDP service.
