CORNEX Secures 12GWh New Strategic Agreements at SNEC 2026

During the 19th SNEC PV Power Expo in Shanghai, CORNEX showcased its full energy storage portfolio under the theme “Evolve Core · Scale Future.” Building on the 50GWh milestone we recently announced at CIBF, we are delighted to report that CORNEX has sealed new strategic agreements worth 12GWh at SNEC 2026. These encompass an 8GWh framework agreement with Dongfang Electric, and 2GWh partnerships each with CHINT and AlphaESS, all focused on our high-performance 314Ah and 588Ah large-capacity cells.

Our proprietary 588Ah battery cell is purpose-engineered to meet the high-capacity, safety, and economic return requirements of large-scale storage stations. Delivering over 12,000 cycles, 96.5% energy efficiency, and a gravimetric energy density of 190Wh/kg, this technology substantially lowers the Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS). Combined with our CTP 3.0 technology, the 588Ah cell enables the M6 Battery Energy Storage Container with 6.26MWh of capacity, providing a flexible, all-in-one solution for utility-scale, grid-side, and commercial applications.

The rapid stream of these major contracts signals the accelerating commercialization of our 588Ah technology. With all reliability testing and small-batch trial production successfully concluded, CORNEX is now fully prepared for mass production and global delivery. Through collaboration with industry-leading partners, we are combining our global project development strengths to speed up the deployment of high-quality energy storage products and facilitate the worldwide shift to a sustainable, green energy future.
