Customized 36V 14Ah LiFePO4 Battery Pack for Ebike

Recently, we designed a 36V 14Ah custom lithium-ion battery for our customer from the UK for his ebike.

Our customer prefers a shrink-wrapped battery that can fit into a box on the rear of his bike.

The client wants LiFePO4 chemistry rather than other lithium-ion cells because the cycle life is longer, and he needs about 12Ah with a 30A maximum BMS.

Following the requirements, we designed a 36V 14Ah LiFePO4 battery pack.

We used 26650 3.2V 3600mAh cells in a 12S4P configuration.

The 26650 3.2V 3600mAh cell can support 3C continuous discharge and 4,000 life cycles at 80% DOD.
