Customized 51.2V 52Ah Ebike Battery Pack

Recently we designed a 51.2V 52Ah e-bike battery pack for our customer.

Our customer required the battery pack as follows:

16S - 18S LiFePO4

35 - 45Ah

Grade A cells designed for high discharge (low ESR) rather than capacity

In a tough rectangular casing (like scooter batteries)

With BMS and charger

Dimensions are not critical because it will sit on a cargo shelf above the rear wheel; it doesn't need to fit inside a frame triangle or existing battery receptacle.

So we used 16 pcs of Gotion 3.2V 52Ah cells in series, together with a BMS, all packed into a metal case.
