EVE Energy and ARCTECH Sign 12 GWh Energy Storage Agreement

On February 26, 2026, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Arctech Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (ARCTECH) entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement aimed at scaling up their energy storage collaboration over the next two years. The deal outlines a combined deployment target of 12 GWh, comprising 10 GWh of utility-scale energy storage batteries and 2 GWh of fully integrated energy storage systems.

Top executives from both sides—ARCTECH Chairman Cai Hao and EVE Energy Senior Vice President Steven Chen—were present at the signing. The new agreement builds on joint efforts initiated in 2025, during which EVE Energy supplied batteries for several ARCTECH energy storage projects.

ARCTECH, widely recognized for its photovoltaic mounting systems, has pivoted toward integrated “green electricity + smart energy” solutions. Through this expanded partnership, the company aims to pair its expertise in PV system integration and energy management with EVE Energy’s advanced battery technology. The objective: to deliver competitive “PV + Storage” configurations that boost efficiency, lower lifecycle costs, and strengthen system safety.

Cai Hao emphasized that EVE Energy’s large-format batteries align closely with ARCTECH’s core capabilities, and signaled broader ambitions for collaboration in resource sharing and project coordination. Both firms intend to drive standardization in energy storage integration while maximizing the operational performance of renewable energy plants.

Steven Chen framed the partnership as a natural evolution of ecosystem synergy, not merely a bump in order volume. By leveraging ARCTECH’s global footprint in PV markets, EVE Energy expects to unlock new applications for its batteries and accelerate their large-scale adoption. Together, the companies will explore novel business models for integrated “PV + Storage” systems that support the reliable operation and efficient use of renewable power.

The agreement reinforces EVE Energy’s dual-drive strategy of “Technology + Market” in the large battery space—marrying technological edge with established channels to speed commercialization and advance the energy transition both in China and abroad.
