A customer from Italy ordered 180 samples of 3.7V 50Ah NMC batteries to test whether they are suitable for their application. The 50Ah NMC battery cells, model INP2714897A-50Ah, we provided are produced by Gotion, China's leading lithium battery manufacturer, and have been used in EV applications for many years.
They will use these samples to build a 340V system for motorcycles. They have already prepared a BMS, and they need the cells with M6 bolts to complete the prototype. Considering that the client doesn't have a laser welding machine to weld the M6 bolts on the terminals, we helped the client weld the M6 bolts to make them easy to use.
The batteries were packed in cartons and shipped by air with door-to-door service. It will take about 7–10 working days for transportation.
